Join us at this fun and interactive workshop with macrobiotic chefs and facilitators Mary Ho, Debbie Lee and Kimberly Ashton to learn more about macrobiotic theory, cooking methods, the energetics of food and managing cravings.

- seasonal eating and in harmony with nature

- menu planning and transforming leftovers
